Robert Baylay-Bell

Born and raised in South West London, I gained a degree before setting off into the world. Following my passion, I established my portfolio business Evolution, where I've acquired over 20 years experience designing and building architecturally stunning internal and external structures including Evolution Properties Services Ltd, specialising exclusively in residential property.

I'm inspired by many people, including Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi and Mohammed Ali. With my never-ending fight to stave off old age and competitive

nature, I enjoy a number of sports, particularly triathlon, snowboarding and Bikram Yoga. A few years ago PK (pre–kids), I was driven to complete an Ironman Triathlon (2.3 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26 mile run (a marathon to most people!)). My haven is Deia, a little village in Mallorca, where I escape for bike rides and runs to enjoy the views, whilst puffing my way up the hills!

Besides this, my greatest achievements include my relationship with my long-suffering wife, and our 3 wonderful little boys, who keep us very busy.
